Private Car is a subdivision of Danish Limousine Service.
1. When making a reservation under "Book Now", you enter into an agreement with Midi Bus & Danish Limousine Service, hereinafter referred to as ("Private Car")
at the following address (see terms and conditions for the "Book Now", as shown below).

2. Terms and conditions of booking
2.1 You must pay the full amount on redemption entitles you to complete performance at the time of the changes made to the booking on the website. The amount and the deposit will be deducted from your credit or debit card at the time the reservation is made. The booking will not be issued and confirmed until the full amount is paid. By entering into this Agreement you authorizes irrevocably Private Car to charge your credit or debit card with the amount shown in the advertised price, and any additional costs, as shown, for example. bridge fee, waiting time, etc..
2.2 You are in most cases able to cancel your order.
Cancellations and changes in the booking can often be made without charge for up to 1 hour prior to the agreed start time.
There can of non or late cancellation / modification be charged a fee.
The condition are as follows:
For reservations in Denmark
Cancellation or rebooking of the booking is free if the driver has not yet set course for the start address and / or the cancellation / change is made at least one hour before the booked start time.
The original full price will be charged the cancellation or modification if the driver has set course for the start address and / or the cancellation / change is made later than 1 hour prior to the agreed start time.
2.3 In order to get a full refund the amount you have paid for your reservation, you must first cancel your reservation on www.privatecar.dk and then send an email to email@example.com in which you confirm that you would like a refund.
Remember to state your reservation number.
2.4 It is clear that Private Car no refund shall, if
a) You do not use any part of the booking period, or
b) If you change your reservation, and the price of the new destination is less than the amount you paid for the original booking.
3. Change of reservation by Private Car (force majeure)
3.1 Extraordinary situations, including road works, closures, rush-hour traffic, accidents, bad weather, etc., can lead to longer waiting times or cancellations at short notice.
In case of cancellation of the booked trip by Private Car, the sum already paid will be refunded. A claim for compensation or further claims are excluded.
These conditions must be accepted by the user when making a booking.
4.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions affect your statutory rights to a refund.
4.2. Private Car in the event of force majeure such. delays of aircraft and other transport equipment not be responsible. Furthermore, Private Car not be responsible for any
delays including road works, closures, rush-hour traffic, accidents, bad weather, etc., which may delay the expected arrival time for the booked starting address, as well as the pre-booked destination.
These conditions must be accepted by the user when a booking.
Credit card companies have in some cases added a fee when paying with credit cards. Private Car does not have a profit on this fee.
For online payment by Danish issued cards there will be charged a fee of up to 1.50% of the total amount (a minimum of 0,70 kr.).
For online payment with foreign credit cards there will be charged a fee of between 2.95% to 3.75% percent of the total amount (a minimu of 1,95 kr.).
